How to lose weight

Losing weight is everybody's dream, and for those whom it is not should be. I am a diabetic and have never had a weight issue. I cannot gain weight for I am 30lbs under my weight size. BUT!!! we are not talking about that, right now we are talking about you and how your daily choices cause you to have a weight issue. Stop trying to read the quick lies all over the internet, stop thinking there is an easier way. THERE IS NOT! My advice to those who want to lose weight, get the girls, and have that beach body you want.....oh excuse me and women for you to get the guy you dreamed of. Or, if you just want to change your life style I will tell you how to do it.
This is how:
Do you sleep late, do nothing all day and eat crap food. Go out to McDonald's or Carles Jr. For  lunch or even dinner? Do you lack energy and just simply think you can't do it?
Well, I am telling you this. You can. All you have to do is the following.

#1- Stop being lazy! Get out have some fun and be active, take a walk instead of sitting on your butt playing call of duty or watching CSI!

#2- Eat Healthy! Im not saying grow a garden or buy heads of lettuce. Im saying stop eating fast food and trying to kill yourself with FAKE FOOD! Its as simple as taking a daily walk. JUST DO IT!

#3- Get out a paper and a pen and write down your weight, then right down a goal of how much you want to lose. Go to the Gym and get a personal trainer. If you can't afford it im sure you have friends to help push you. And if you don't have that, well, read a book on how to do things the healthy way. Look at your goal and GET TO WORK!

Example- My girlfriend got heavy and was a total couch potato and had no energy for anything productive. She got tired of complaining and decided it was time to change. She changed her diet and started running 2 times a day! Few weeks passed and she lost quit a bit of weight. About a month or two later she got a job where she walks close to 15 miles a day. And a month or two after that she got a Gym membership and has been going daily, while working and spending quality time with me. WOW! she did the smart thing and got off her butt, wanted to change her weight and now she looks freaking amazing and she feels like a million bucks.

The question I have to ask you is this...If you want it so bad, then why don't you just go get it? How bad do you want it? Dont pretend, dont give in to temptation and dont say i can't because that is total utter bull S#@T! You can, and you should.

Thanks for reading and I hope this inspires you to change. Sorry if I seem rude or non caring, but the truth is I do care and that is why I spent time writing this down for those to read. So tired of the fake crap on T.V and the internet with lose weight fast schemes. When all you have to do is try. My girlfriend complained all the time and I told her the same thing, out of love of course but that what I told her and now she is where she wants to be and looks great. She promised me a bikini at the lake this summer and im so looking forward to it. You can do this, you just have to DO IT!
